Byron Giraldo founded Giraldo Associates in 2013 after years of watching small businesses get shuffled through huge firms, treated like file numbers instead of people. He built the firm he wished his earliest clients had: small enough to care, deep enough to handle anything.
Today, working out of downtown Miami, Byron and his team prepare hundreds of business and personal returns each year, advise founders on entity strategy and compensation, and serve as the quiet financial backbone for some of South Florida's most ambitious entrepreneurs.
We're proud of the work, and even prouder that most of our clients have been with us for the better part of a decade.
